My research focus centres on how the brain changes and reorganises both in health and disease using different non-invasive brain stimulation modalities such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and various neuroimaging techniques including functional MRI, MR spectroscopy, and EEG.
Projects
Currently, I am investigating the effects of theta burst stimulation on various cortical regions and neural populations (in vivo). In addition, I use machine learning and simulation to identify biomarkers of brain stimulation and evaluate biophysical factors to optimise different stimulation protocols for different cortical regions.
